GITAKI SOLUTIONS

Independent software studio

Software that ships.

We take a holistic view of software — strategy, architecture, engineering, security, and operations as one continuous discipline. A small senior team carries your product from first conversation to production, and keeps it running.

What we build

Every discipline is delivered by the same senior team, with security, testing, and operability designed in from the first commit rather than added at the end.

  • Product engineering

Web applications engineered front to back — interface, API, data model, and deployment pipeline. One team owns the entire slice, so requirements, quality, and accountability never dilute across hand-offs.

  • Cloud & infrastructure

AWS environments defined entirely in code — Terraform, containers, CI/CD. Every environment is reproducible from an empty account, auditable in version control, and deliberately boring: predictable to operate and painless to hand over.

  • Security engineering

Security by design rather than afterthought: least-privilege access, encryption in transit and at rest, dependency auditing, and hardened infrastructure — reviewed at every stage of delivery, not bolted on before launch.

  • Real-time & interactive

Multiplayer servers, simulation, and interactive 3D. Rust and WebAssembly on the paths where the frame budget matters, with deterministic behavior you can test and replay.

  • Operation & care

Monitoring, observability, scheduled upgrades, and incident response. The engineers who wrote the code keep it healthy in production — and document it well enough that anyone could.

How we work

Our process is holistic by design: every engagement spans the full life of the software, from discovery and architecture through delivery, security review, and long-term operation.

  1. Understand

Every engagement begins with structured discovery — your goals, users, constraints, and risks. It ends in a concise technical plan covering architecture, scope, timeline, and cost: something you can read in one sitting and hold us to.

  2. Build

Working software from the first weeks, delivered in short, reviewable increments. Progress lives in a staging environment you can open at any time, with automated testing and code review as standing practice rather than a final phase.

  3. Ship

Launch as a routine, not an event: automated deployment pipelines, rehearsed rollbacks, a security review before release, and telemetry from day one — so going to production is a controlled, repeatable act.

  4. Run

After launch we operate what we built — monitoring, capacity, patching, and continuous improvement grounded in real usage data. Documentation and a clean handover are part of the deliverable whenever you want the keys.

We’ll tell you how we’d build it — an honest assessment of scope, architecture, security posture, and cost before you commit to anything.
